By accessing or using the Medvyx platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use Medvyx.

2. Description of Service

Medvyx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for medically supervised weight loss programs. Our services include medical intake evaluation, physician review, prescription medication management, progress tracking, and ongoing support messaging.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Medvyx is a telehealth platform and is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. All medical decisions are made by independently licensed physicians. Medvyx does not guarantee any specific health outcomes. Results vary by individual.

4. Eligibility & Medical Review

  • You must complete the medical intake form honestly and accurately.
  • A licensed physician will review your information and determine eligibility.
  • Not all applicants will be approved. Approval depends on medical criteria.
  • You will not be charged unless approved by a physician.
  • Providing false or misleading health information may result in account termination.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or quarterly).
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Medication & Prescriptions

All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the reviewing physician. You agree to follow all medication instructions, report any side effects, and inform your physician of any changes in your health. Medications are shipped in discreet packaging and are for your personal use only.

7. User Conduct

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share, transfer, or resell your medication or prescription.
  • Abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and technology on the Medvyx platform are the property of Medvyx and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Medvyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Medvyx in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
